Kona Star Farms is located on the West Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii in the center of the Kona Coffee District on 35 acres of mountainside at an altitude of 1700 to 2100 feet. Kona, Hawaii is approximately 2400 miles west of California, USA and 3800 miles east of Japan.

Hawaii is a beautiful place to live and the Big Island of Hawaii is the most unspoiled and beautiful of all the islands. The Big Island is very private and isolated. But, we have an international Airport in Kailua Kona with service to any-place in the world.

The state of Hawaii is composed of 5 major islands. The State Capital is located on the Island of Oahu which is the most populated island and where the ocean port of Honolulu is located, Kona Star is located on the Big Island of Hawaii which is the largest island with mostly agriculture and is the least populated of all the islands.

Approximately 20,000 Coffee Trees with more trees being planted each year Approximately 350,000 pounds of cherry coffee harvested each year with the current trees Approximately 550 – One Hundred pound bags of green coffee produced each year from the current crop of cherry, this will increase as more trees reach production.

Complete Wet Mill which incorporates the newest technology for processing coffee without damage to the environment from waste water. This Wet Mill utilizes high speed water jets to remove mucilage from the cherry coffee as part of the pulping process.

Large Temperature and Humidity Controlled storage room for coffee. Complete “State of the Art” Dry Mill to process parchment coffee into Green coffee.

How do you ship packages?

Packages will be shipped by USPS or FedEx depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Not at the moment. If you happen to be located outside the US, contact us to find out if we can ship to you.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates: 2 - 10 business days

*This doesn’t include our 5-7 day processing time.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 10 days, please contact us.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (15 days not including 5-7 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The items are damaged
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • You ordered Ground Coffee. Ground Coffee is non-returnable.
  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (15 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
