If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (10 days not including 4 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- The items are damaged
We do not issue the refund if:
- You ordered Ashbys 32oz Loose Tea or Coffee Masters Coffee. These items are special ordered and packaged just for you at the time of your purchase to ensure freshness. We cannot refund any special orders. Check your order prior to submitting and again once you receive your order confirmation. Notify us within 24 hours to make any changes at [email protected]
- The product is not to your liking. Taste is highly subjective and we do our best to be as accurate as possible in the description to avoid any unpleasant surprises. If you are unsure about a flavor or ingredient, we will happily answer any questions you have or send a sample , if available.
- The package of coffee or tea has been opened by you.
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of steepsandbrews.com
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
